Timing, and what we need from you
Typical delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on the requirement. The clock starts once the intake is complete — the setup is built against your answers, so a fast intake is the single biggest thing you control.
- A completed intake describing the work and the workflow to prioritise.
- Access only where it is genuinely needed, using accounts you own.
- One round of feedback at handover, while the session is still fresh.
What is not included
Third-party subscriptions, usage charges, custom software development and ongoing support are not included unless stated in your selected package or quote. We will tell you before recommending anything that creates an additional charge.
