Campaign ideas, through four human gates

Veyra is built to take an idea from research to finished pieces, with a named person approving each stage. Its Covers studio works today.

By invitation.

Works todayCovers: describe a piece, get six text-free pictures, keep one, add the headline and mark, export at four sizes.

BuiltStories, the ten-stop rail, four decisions and three roles, not yet run on a real story.

Not made yetSignals, script and shots; sending; a video studio screen; recipes.

A tour of Veyra

Illustration of the Covers studio: a new cover set described, the spend approved with one code, six text-free pictures to keep one from, then the headline, the mark and four export sizes.
  1. Describe the piece

Give the piece a title and pick a format and a framework. Veyra pairs it with two companions, two takes each.

    Works today
  2. Approve the spend first

The estimate shows in plain words before anything runs. One approval code covers the set.

  3. Keep one of six

Six text-free pictures arrive. A check flags any with writing in it. Keep one.

  4. Headline and mark go on last

The headline and the mark go on afterwards, set in code. Export the cover at YouTube, Shorts, LinkedIn or blog size.

Covers, piece by piece, and a person at each decision

Works today

Six pictures, no words in them

Each set is six text-free pictures. A check flags any picture with writing in it.

Works today

Spend you approve first

The estimate shows in plain words, one approval code covers the set, and a brand kit warns before it passes its monthly budget.

Works today

Headline and mark, afterwards

Five words at most on a frosted pane, set in code. The mark comes from the brand kit file.

Built

A person says yes at four decisions

Sanitise, Concept, Approve the versions and Send each name who decides, and approving locks that stage.

Four decisions before anything leaves

  1. Sanitise

    Built

Approving locks the sanitised text. Everything after it stays free to change. Raw material is designed to stay on Raava's machine until then.

  2. Concept

    Built

Choose a direction. Approving locks the direction. Script and everything after it stay free to change.

  3. Approve the versions

    Built

Approving locks both versions. Edits after this make a new version and need approval again.

  4. Send

    Built

Only the owner sends, and a story she wrote needs a recorded reason. Approving locks what will leave. In this release nothing is sent.

Who it is for

Owner

Sends, and is the only one who can.

Nothing leaves without the owner's yes, and in this release nothing leaves at all.

Coordinator

Decides sanitise, concept and the versions on stories others wrote.

One list of what needs your decision.

Contributor

Starts stories and writes the stages.

Someone else approves your work before it moves on.

Not your fit if you need a working creative pipeline now. Veyra is in early access inside Raava, and no story has yet run from research to send.

Questions

Veyra is in early access, by invitation. Its Covers studio works today; the journey from research to send has not yet run a real story end to end.

A stop where a named person approves the work before it moves on. There are four: Sanitise, Concept, Approve the versions and Send.

Someone else approves a story you wrote. The one exception: the owner may send a story she wrote, with a recorded reason.

No. Sending is a hard stop only the owner can approve, and in this release nothing is sent.

Covers shows an estimate in AUD before anything runs, and one approval code covers the whole set. A brand kit warns you before a set takes it past its monthly budget.

YouTube 1280 × 720, Shorts 1080 × 1920, LinkedIn 1200 × 627 and a blog cover at 1600 × 900.

Rupa is a separate design app that works alongside Veyra. They share no code.
