A tour of Beheth Kade

Illustration of Beheth Kade: an invoice photo, each line checked by a person, a basket of generic items under the maximum retail price, and the till going from offline to synced.
  1. An invoice photo comes in

Photograph a supplier invoice to start receiving stock.

    Built
  2. A person checks each line

Each line shows how sure the reading is, and a person confirms it before it becomes stock.

  3. Selling under the ceiling

Billing will not charge above the gazetted maximum retail price.

  4. Offline, then synced

The till keeps working through a power cut and syncs when the connection returns.

Stock and billing that keep up

Built

Received once, not twice

An invoice that was already received is flagged, and receiving it again needs a written reason.

Built

Never above the ceiling

The till stops a sale above the gazetted maximum retail price; selling above it is an offence.

Built

Offline, then synced

The till keeps ringing up sales in a power cut; each one is saved on the device and synced later.

Built

Batch and expiry

Batches, expiry dates, reorder suggestions and recounts.

How it works

  1. Receive from a photo

    Built

Photograph a supplier invoice. Each line is read from the photo and confirmed by a person before it becomes stock.

  2. Sell under the ceiling

    Built

A sale can be held and charged later. A charge above the gazetted maximum retail price is stopped at the till.

  3. Keep working offline

    Built

Sales wait on the device through a power cut and send by themselves when the connection returns.
