Our AI Engineers
Build the LangGraph agents, RAG pipelines, and voice systems.
We’re a small Melbourne studio building AI automation for businesses that prefer working systems over slide decks. No resold APIs. No hype.
Demi runs Raava. Ten years across design, dev, AI, automation, and integration work — most of it spent in the messy middle where one system has to talk to four others without anyone losing data. Educated at Monash, based in Melbourne.
The most recent in-the-trenches build was a document pipeline for a regulated services client: 500-plus PDFs, 40 hours of manual review collapsed to two, 95-percent accuracy. The stack reads like the rest of the studio’s: Claude, n8n, LangGraph, Python, Salesforce and HubSpot when needed, Twilio with Vapi and ElevenLabs when the client needs voice, Shopify when the client sells things.
Raava exists because Australian SMEs are being sold AI strategy decks and resold OpenAI wrappers. Almost nobody is shipping working systems for sub-enterprise budgets. Data residency matters here. Time-zone fit matters. AU-law contracts matter. The Melbourne SME market is underserved by international agencies and we’d rather organise the work than apologise for the gap.
Generic roles — names live on LinkedIn, not on a marketing page. We’re a small studio with a remote build team.
Build the LangGraph agents, RAG pipelines, and voice systems.
Wire the n8n flows, CRM integrations, and document pipelines.
Scope the work, write the integration plans, run discovery.
Run the human-in-the-loop checks before anything reaches a client.
Write client-facing copy, validate brand voice, anonymise case studies.
Keeps timelines honest, keeps invoices accurate.
Most agencies have values. These four are ours, and they decide what work we say no to.
We don’t wrap an OpenAI key and call it a product. We build custom systems on Claude, n8n, LangGraph, and Python — and we explain how every piece works, in plain English, before you sign.
Your data stays here. Your time-zone matters. Your contracts are Australian-law-governed and your invoices are in AUD. We don’t outsource the work to wherever’s cheapest this quarter.
We pilot before we charge full price. Our first engagement is usually a fixed-fee build with a refund condition: if the system doesn’t do the thing, you don’t pay for it. Most agencies won’t write that into a contract. We will.
Restraint is a feature. The page you’re reading right now is the proof — one photo, four values, no hero animation. Working systems rarely look like the future. They look like Tuesday.
A free 30-minute audit. We look at one process, tell you whether AI helps it, and give you a one-page memo either way.
