The first of four passes that put every page on the kit the homepage introduced: a single card surface, a single FAQ control, and one animation library where there were two names for the same one. Products come next.

The homepage spine is now one reading order: what we build, what it did for one clinic, eight systems we run, six services, three products, one 45-minute audit. Two of the showcase loops are captured from the live products (Hive Council approvals, Rupa) and six are illustrations drawn from the design system (documents, email, voice, lead research, analytics, monitoring); each panel says which. The old hero engine drew the same two countries ten ways. It has been replaced by four scenes with one job each: the map says where we work, the pipeline shows documents becoming data, the ribbon is a voice agent listening, and the orb field is the quiet default for reading pages. Nothing runs when you scroll past it or when your system asks for less motion. The second of four releases; the homepage flow is next.

The site had two display systems: a serif on most pages and a geometric sans on a homepage prototype. It now has one. Headings sit in Glacial Indifference Bold from the hero to the footnotes, share cards included. This is the first of four releases. The hero graphics, the homepage flow and a shared component kit follow, each on its own.

The Colombo to Australia map that runs behind our headlines became a small engine. It can draw the same two countries ten ways: pixels, glyphs, contours, sonar, isometric blocks, and more. Each page picks the one that fits its story. The homepage chose quiet topography. The changelog you are reading chose living ASCII. Same map, different mood.

You can now talk to the site. A small orb sits in the corner; open it and a voice agent answers questions about what Raava does, grounded in the public website. It is metered and private by design. A verified email opens five minutes a day, the connection runs over a private token, and nothing is kept unless you say so. Operator setup lives in the ElevenLabs agent build guide.

The first preview played it safe and read like a quiet magazine. This release gives the design system a clearer point of view: bolder colour blocks where they earn attention, calmer space where they do not. Audit pages now speak to each industry in its own accent, and the tools you already use show their real logos instead of plain text.

The first public cut of raava.au. Everything you see is intentional, including the rough edges. We would rather ship the real product in public than polish in private. What is here, what is not, and what is next lives in the build plan. Expect the cadence to feel close to a weekly release for a while.
