What the audit actually delivers
01
45-min Zoom audit
We map your current workflow. Where time leaks. Where customers drop off. Where the operations layer is the bottleneck.
02
48-hour PDF deliverable
A written PDF identifying 3–5 AI opportunities specific to your business. With realistic effort estimates in AUD.
03
Tiered proposal
Three options — DIY-with-our-playbook, Raava builds it with your team, or full-service. You pick the one that fits.
Why this audit is different
Built by someone who actually ships AI systems.
Built a production Salesforce-integrated AI document pipeline for a Victorian environmental services firm. Real production system, not a demo.
Monash IT background. 10+ years across design and engineering. Australian-based, ABN-registered.
Most "AI consultants" you will talk to this year sell roadmaps they cannot build. The audit is the proof — by the end of 45 minutes you will know whether I actually understand your workflow.
A 30-second intro is below. If we are a fit, the audit takes it from here.
Monash IT · 10+ yrs · Anthropic API · Salesforce · n8n
Practice management · CRM · ticketing · e-commerce · document management · spreadsheets
I work with the tools your business already uses. No "rip and replace."
Three things AI does well in Australian businesses
Document automation
Extract data from invoices, contracts, and intake forms. Push it into the system you already use. Practice managers, ops leads, and admin teams reclaim hours per week.
Customer support deflection
AI triages 60–80% of tickets — billing, returns, scheduling — before a human sees them. The complex 20% gets full attention from your best people.
Knowledge retrieval
Decades of documents, emails, and contracts — locked in folders nobody can search. RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) lets staff ask the question and get the cited answer.
These are realistic. The audit identifies which ones fit your specific business — not a sales pitch for all three.
First 3 audits this month
The pilot-at-cost offer.
If we identify a fit during the audit, the first 3 businesses each month get the pilot built at our cost — in exchange for a written case study once it is running. We are early, we need the case studies, you get the work done. Mutual.
Questions you should ask before booking
What's the catch?
There isn't one. The audit is genuinely free because it's also how I filter for fit — most calls end with me saying "you don't need this yet" rather than a proposal. It saves both of us time.
Are you trying to sell me something at the end?
Sometimes. If the audit identifies a clear opportunity I can build, you get a tiered proposal in the 48-hour PDF — three options at different price points. If there isn't a fit, you get the audit findings and we part ways. No follow-up sequence.
How long does the audit take?
45 minutes on Zoom. The 48-hour PDF deliverable arrives by email within two business days.
What if I'm not technical?
Most business owners I talk to aren't. The audit is a conversation about your workflow, not a tech review. I translate.
Do you charge for the audit itself?
No. The 45-min Zoom is free. The 48-hour PDF is free. If we move forward into a build, that's quoted separately and starts at $4,000 AUD for a small pilot.
What tools do you use?
I work with what your business already runs — your CRM, ticketing, document storage, e-commerce platform. Anthropic Claude for the AI layer. n8n or custom code for the workflow glue. I don't push a particular stack.
What's the actual deliverable?
A written PDF, 6–10 pages, identifying 3–5 specific AI opportunities for your business. Each one has: the workflow it addresses, realistic effort in days, AUD cost range, and whether it is a quick win or a longer build.
How should I prepare?
Be at a quiet desk with screen-share working. Have a rough sense of where your team spends repetitive time. That is it — no pre-reading, no slide deck, no homework.
